Christian Instruction

The early development programs are based on our belief and faith in Jesus Christ. This foundation of faith will be reflected in all aspects of the preschool from the loving teachers to the curriculum and chapel time.

After School Activities

Lunch Bunch is an after school opportunity for our students in Threes, Fours, and Young Fives classrooms. This optional program teaches life skills including manners, unpacking a lunch independently, cleaning up, and eating a nutritious meal (provided by parents) in a classroom setting. Our school is a completely nut free school and we DO NOT allow peanuts, tree nuts, peanut butter, or nut butters in any lunch. The cost is $3 a day and is offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. Lunch Bunch forms are sent home at the beginning of the year and turned in monthly, but may also be printed from the forms page of our website.

Registration

Our school is open to all children in the community ages two years through five years by September 1st. Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis with the following considerations: Priority will be given to congregation members already in the program, then non-member families already in the program, siblings, alumni, congregation members, and public.

Children are admitted regardless of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, or religion. Registration begins in early January each year for the upcoming year. Please note that all new students will be required to complete a brief developmental screening prior to official enrollment, and will be set up after registration by office staff. Each registration form received must accompany a non-refundable $100 registration fee. As a reminder, all registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE without exception.

Tuition is paid in nine monthly payments (August – April). The tenth payment, May tuition, is paid one full year in advance, at the end of the previous school year.

Activities

Parkway Presbyterian Preschool provides many supplemental activities throughout the year in addition to our classroom curriculum. These include in-house field trips and programs, an off-campus fall field trip, and other various enrichment activities. To cover these expenses, families pay a one-time activity fee due each June based on the number of days attended. *Also note that all Fours and Young Fives classes will have an additional graduation fee of $15.

Snacks

Parkway Presbyterian Preschool provides snack for all students. The preschool has found that this is the easiest way to accommodate our allergy families in providing them the safest environment possible. Allergy families read and approve all labels for snacks provided. To cover these costs, families pay a one-time snack fee due each June based on the number of days attended.
